Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Serene Designs (serene-designs.com; "we", "us") handles your information when you use Sovereign (the "App") at sovereignsystem.net.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: your email address and a display/player name, so you can sign in and we can secure your account.
• Your app data: the goals, tasks, streaks, stats, calendar entries, notes, and in-app "gold"/rewards you create. This is your personal progress.
• Payment info: if you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by our provider (Razorpay/Stripe). We never see or store your card details — only whether your upgrade succeeded.
• Basic technical data: standard logs (e.g. device/browser type) used to keep the service running and secure.

2. How we use it

• To provide the App, save your progress, and sync it across your devices.
• To process Pro upgrades and keep your account secure.
• To improve the App and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Where your data lives

Your account and app data are stored securely using Supabase (our database & authentication provider). Payments are handled by Razorpay/Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Cookies & local storage

The App stores some data in your browser (e.g. your login session and a local copy of your progress) so it works smoothly and offline. We don't use third-party advertising trackers inside the App.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Use the in-app settings, or email us at bijoy@serene-designs.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Children

Sovereign is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the effective date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
