These Terms govern your use of Sovereign (the "App"), operated by Serene Designs (serene-designs.com). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Sovereign is a personal-development and habit-gamification tool. It is for motivation and self-tracking only and is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. You're responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Don't misuse the App: no hacking, reverse-engineering, reselling, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass paywalls or access other users' data.
The goals, notes and data you enter are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you so the App works. You can delete them anytime.
We work to keep the App running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You may stop using the App and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The App is available to users worldwide; you're responsible for complying with your own local laws when using it.
